This villa offers spacious luxury, from the gated parking area for 4 cars, to the dazzling interior designed around a central landscaped garden area. There you’ll find the private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a deck area where you can dine or relax at your leisure. The interior is light-filled and elegant. The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen which is fully equipped and has plenty of storage and surface areas and a central island where you can cook with ease. Once the food is ready to be served you have a choice of two dining areas. The formal dining space adjacent to the kitchen offers a wooden glass-topped table and 6 upholstered chairs, or the more relaxed dining table on the outside deck. The open plan living space houses a pool table for fun in-house competitions, along with a double sofa and coffee table. Here you can relax and watch the large flat-screen TV while enjoying the view of the courtyard and pool terrace, with direct access to your serene outdoor area. The pool terrace has an impressive swimming pool with integrated Jacuzzi, and dining and lounging areas poolside, along with a BBQ area. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, double beds, fitted wardrobe space, flat-screen TVs, and air-conditioning. Two of these are on the ground floor and one has a private seating area with sofa and coffee table and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the swimming pool, so it is out of bed and into the sparkling water! Shopping opportunities abound here. From international shopping malls such as Central Festival through to indoor and outdoor markets and street stalls. The many restaurants and bars in and around the centre will provide you with any type of meal or drink you require, and if nightlife is your thing then whatever your pleasure, it can be found. A trip down the infamous Walking Street is not a bad starting point, and the joy of it all is that when it is time to retire you will be back in your luxurious holiday retreat in no time whatsoever.
