There are three separate two-storey buildings that share eight bedrooms between them, all centred around the swimming pool and each having their own separate lounge areas on the ground floors. The eight bedrooms combined sleep 20 people in total. The great thing about this villa is that the moment you set foot on the premises through the tall gates and perimeter walls, you are greeted by a lotus pond that provides a soothing ambience. Imagine having breakfast in bed or enjoying spa treatments such as oil, foot and herbal massages in house, while at the same time taking advantage of the onsite sauna unit. Location The villa is situated on a side-street on Thepprasit Road just 3km from the beach at Jomtien and a little less from lots of nightlife options and international and Thai restaurants. If you enjoy seafood, Pattaya Seafood is just a five-minute walk and really is one of the best. Under a ten-minute drive and you can visit Pattaya Beach Road and Walking Street. There are three buildings located at poolside that are home to the eight bedrooms. Building one has three bedrooms sleeping 6 people in total all with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Building two has three bedrooms that all have ensuite bathrooms, double beds, and a single bed for each room sleeping 9 people in total. Building three has two bedroom that both have double beds, although one of the rooms has an attic area with one extra single bed, sleeping 5 people. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning, wooden floors, ensuite bathrooms and televisions.

All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with toilets, showers and was basins, while there is also a bathroom at poolside that has a wash basin and toilet.
