Your entry is via the secure garage and, once through the front door, the bright living space consists of a lounge area for relaxation, a round dining table with seating for five, and an excellent kitchen that contains everything you require to cook anything you feel like! All of this is set off by a glass ‘wall’ with patio doors that offer enticing views of your outside area and pool terrace. The two bedrooms are decorated to a high standard; both offer air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds while the master bedroom has a double bed, floor-to-ceiling mirrored wardrobe space along one wall, and glass patio doors leading to the outside area. Its bathroom is spacious with a large enclosed shower area and a Jacuzzi bath. Lots of time will be spent outside. The area is designed with complete relaxation in mind. Your own swimming pool is surrounded by trees, stone features and statues. There are comfortable sun loungers and table and chairs for you to relax at after a refreshing dip. Pratumnak Hill, between Jomtien Beach and Pattaya When you do explore the surrounding area, there is plenty to keep you entertained. Just 700 metres brings you to the comfortable Cozy Beach. A few hours of relaxation and a dip in the sea may just become an everyday occurrence. You also have some top-class restaurants in this area along with bars, convenience stores and spas. There really is something to keep the whole family happy. Pratumnak Hill is in an excellent location. You are under a ten minute drive to both the lively centre of Pattaya with its huge shopping malls, street markets, countless food options and bars galore, and the more relaxed Jomtien area with its long sandy beach and great choice of places to eat and drink.
