From the outside balconies and terraces there are breathtaking views across to Val D'herens, and all the way along Val d'Heremence to the Grande Dixence dam. Set within a quiet location with access to the Thyon 4 Vallées ski area, it is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest chairlift and shops.
Les Collons and Heremence are only a 5 minute drive away and summer activities are also available such as walking and mountain biking. The chalet is fully furnished and finished to an excellent standard with oak floors, fully tiled bathrooms and a Poggenpohl luxury kitchen with granite worktops. There is also a separate utility room with boot dryers, sauna, private car park with garage.

Main entrance, opens into entrance hall with ample coat and shoe storage.
Utility Room: Siemens washing machine and tumble dryer, utility sink, boot dryers for 8 pairs of boots, iron and ironing board, travel cot. WiFi system.
Sauna for up to 6 people with separate shower and towel radiator.

First Floor
Double bedroom with 5' bed, double wardrobe and en-suite shower room with shower, sink , WC, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
Kitchen: ultra modern Poggenpohl kitchen with black granite worktops, 5 hot plates, oven, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Very well equipped with lots of storage space. Direct access to patio with table, chairs and sun awning.
Dining: dining area has an oak table and chairs for up to 10.
Lounge: Large open room with 3 leather sofas, open log fire, sat TV (UK channels) and DVD. 3 panoramic, full height picture windows looking out onto mountain views. Centre window opens and swings aside to gain access to the main balcony.
