The apartment is located in a well maintained complex uptown Lugano, Ticino, above the district of Cadro (not Gandria!) with unique view over Lugano and Lake Lugano. It has a nice balcony and is equipped with modern facilities. The large lawn and the outdoor pool can be used and tennis courts can be rented in the neighborhood. Sun loungers are available near the pool.
It is suitable as starting point for numerous activities as well as a cozy apartment to finally relax again and good to cook. You will like the food variety on weekly markets, in small shops, directly from farmers or from the supermarket on Swiss and the Italian side alike. Fish lovers will learn to appreciate the fresh fish counters even in Italian supermarkets.
Interesting towns as well as the lake Como and the Lago Maggiore can be reached by car within an hour's drive: Milan, Como, Locarno, Menaggio.
