The location of the private holiday house Guarda Val is on the lower part of this beautiful, old village in a quiet farming environment. In winter, the region of Lenzerheide-Arosa offers a great skiing area.
The house is well suitable for big families and small groups. It is well equipped and offers repose, quietness and room for different interests.
The facility is simple and functional. 6.5 rooms with 10 beds and 2 babybeds on the two upper floors. With the apartment in the base-ment added to the rental there can be hosted up to 12 adults plus 2-3 children. Bathrooms available on each floor.
Kitchen (fully equipped) and garden facilities (table, chairs, grill etc.) are available. Bed linen, bath and kitchen towels are provided.
