The farmers house is featuring 4 apartments with 2x2, 1x3 and 1x4 bedrooms. Therefore 11 bedrooms in total. 4 Kitchens, 5 bathrooms with shower and toilet, 2 additional dressing tables with sink, 2 huge, panoramic terraces, 1 herbal garden and 4 private parking lots (additional parking on the premises is available upon request). In-house laundry service is available at very fair rates.
The farmers house as a whole is suitable for bigger parties, such as families, friends, sport teams and other clubs. It's not available to a 3rd party or re-sellers, such as travel agents, etc.
When guests book the entire house, they will get to enjoy the assistance of myself and/or my team 24/7, prior to, during and after their stay.
The farmers house can also be booked in other settings, such as 1, 2 or 3 apartments only. Just ask for a tailor made offer for your party when traveling with fewer people.
The farmers house is situated in the middle of Adligenswil, a suburb village of Lucerne with 5500 inhabitants. Bus stop is virtually in front of the house. A huge supermarket, bakery, bank, post, 4 restaurants, children's playgrounds and church are all within walking distance (1-5 minutes). For joggers / runners / bikers.. forests, hills and lake await you within 5-15 minutes from the house.
Popular destinations around the farmers house are:
Lucerne Old Town, Chapel Bridge, Musegg Wall, KKL, the Transportation Museum (Verkehrshaus der Schweiz), Lido recreational area (great for swimming, walking your dog, mini-golf, tennis, food, picknick, music, etc.), Lake Lucerne, boat rides, Dying Lion Monument, Gletcher Garden, Chateau Gütsch, festivals (music, carnaval / Fassnacht) all reachable within 5-15 minutes.
Mt. Rigi, great for hiking and paragliding, reachable within 15-45 minutes, depending on your choice of transportation.
Mt. Pilatus, great for superb views and popular for having the steepest cogwheel train in the world, reachable within 30-45 min.
Mt. Titlis, great for superb views, snow, paragliding, skiing and snowboarding.. 40 minutes by train from Lucerne main station.
