It is approximately five minute boat ride from Vaxholm. Included is the possibility to use the private dock as well as a docking space on the main land on neighboring island Resarö. Hästholmen itself is an island with vacation homes and villas and has walkways and paths with no cars which makes it ideal for families with children. There is a regular ferry service operated by Waxholmsbolaget to two separate peers Vikingsborg and Stegesund. There is also a taxi boat service that can pick up at the private dock. The cottage is fully equipped and has 77 square meters of living space and has a terrace of 30 square meters South-facing ocean view and offers you privacy from neighbors. On the main level you have an entry hall with a bathroom and sauna and closets, living room with an amazing view over the ocean. In the living room is a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two as well as TV and stereo. From the living room you walk into a fully erupted kitchen with a dining area. On the upper level you will find two bedrooms with two beds, a large bathroom with shower and a washer and dryer. There is also a sitting area with chairs and table. This home comes complete with TV with cable TV (Boxer), Stereo telephone, and Wi-Fi.
