This house is for you who want first rate beautiful natural surroundings (4-5 stars) and are content with 'not quite first rate' comforts in the house ( 3 stars) .
Only 1½ km away is Svenstorp Lake which has several beaches and swimming areas.
Our Cottage is 80m in size , it has 3 bedrooms, and has 5 beds.
The living room has a stove , books and games. SAT TV ( German) DVD.
Beside the kitchen is a bedroom with a single bed for 1 person.
There are 2 adjoining bedrooms off the main entry, with 2 single beds, and a double bed for 2 persons in the other room.
Kitchen with stove, oven, coffeemaker, senseo coffeemaker, water kettle, fridge, microwave oven, and dishes.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and an older washing machine. In the basement, reachable from they outside, you will find a small dryer and a small freezer.
There is a door off the living room which leads to a deck of 16 m², with a fantastic view of the forest and a small lake.No fishing in this lake!
Wooden garden furniture for the deck, barbecue, a canoe at the lake. 2 Hours a day, tennis for free. ( in the summertime)
