Bungalow ‘Casa Esther’ is 90 m2. Iand it is cosy and feels homelike and has all comforts for instance central heating and air conditioners. In front of the windows there are net curtains, mosquito nets and role shutters. The living room contains a comfy couch and 2 armchairs with oil paintings, TV with satellite antenna with English and other foreign programs and the dining area with table and chairs and a well equipped open American kitchen with Dishwasher. There is WIFI and a satellite TV. You have a toilet and a small room for cushins, ironing table and iron. Upstairs you have 2 rooms with each Air conditioning, each room with 2 beds, a bathroom with shower and the second toilet and Washing Machine and hairdryer.
You have your terrace in front of the beautiful Pool with a big stable table and banks and removable table with chairs and sunlayers with cushins.
The big Pool 10 x 5 meter is shared with another family, with Roman steps and Side shower. Covered and private carport-parking for two cars. Outdoor garden-furniture such as Sun loungers, Table, Chairs and Parasol. A beautiful well maintained mature garden surrounded with walls and a high cypress hedge surrounding the property. Four big palm trees, oleanders and flowers. Your terrace is in front of the pool you can relax and enjoy the sun from early morning until sunset. The sea with the beach with fine sand is 200 meters from the residence. The supermarket is in front at the corner.

The rental period begins the first day at 16:00 hours and ends on the last day at 10:00
hours. The security deposit of 200 Euro will be paid at arrival and will be returned
before you leave, if everything has been found in order.
Within 90 days before the beginning of your rental period you can only inform us that you will not come. The advance payment will not be refunded and you still are obliged to pay the remaining balance.
You rent for up to 4 persons. On the reservation form the persons are mentioned who are entitled to occupy the house. Without our approval, you are not allowed to invite other persons into our property.
You ARE also PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE for your family and guests.
We don’t accept any responsibility for temporary interruption, failure or discontinuance of energy or other public supplies out of our control or any loss, damage or theft incurred to your car or its content on our plot during your stay with us. Please always close the gates.
Please inform us of any damage to equipments or domestic devices.
Our accommodations are smoking free.
Usage of the pool is FULLY at your own risk (think of children) and can be used till 22:00 hours.
· The pool will be used only by people who lives at the same plot.
Linen packets can be hired with us at 20 Euro per person. One packet contains linen sheets, washcloth, bath towel, hand towel, dishcloth, pool towel and beach towel.
Electricity costs are 0,30 Euro per kWh.
WIFI costs are 15 Euro per week.
Please put a special towel on the lounger cushions before lying down.
Our neighbours are not to be disturbed by noise, so please avoid noise disturbance.
There are three (3) accommodations on our property:
* Topfloor apartment “Villa Lydia” ; for rent
* Bungalow “Casa Esther” ; for rent
* Groundfloor “Villa Lydia” ; is permanently inhabited by the owner.
Both accommodations can also be rented simultaneously.
Please upon leaving the property; shut down the air conditioning, leave a clean kitchen (without dirty dishes), drop off your waste and leave the house in a tidy state.
