The top floor is 120 m2. It is cosy and feels homelike and has all comforts for instance air conditioning and central heating. There are net curtains, mosquito nets and role shutters. The big living room has a comfy leather couch and 2 armchairs, oil paintings, TV with satellite antenna with English and other foreign programs. WIFI available on demand. The Master bedroom has an airco and each have two single beds and spacious Castilian-style wooden fitted wardrobes, with vacuum cleaner, iron and board, hair dryer, pillows for the sun-loungers and chairs. Opposite the hall is the big bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, two washstands and a washing machine. A well equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, dining table and 4 chairs. Also marble dressers and 2 sinks, featuring a fridge/freezer and oven with hob, microwave, cooking utensils, pans, furnace scales, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, citrus press, etc.
