The views over the beach and the ocean is very special: You feel you are on the top of it all. You can see everything, nobody can see you. Side-walls prevent insight from neighbors; only access to the private pool area is from the apartment.
Perfect for nude sunbathing. Adjustable shades plus a Weber gas grill available.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. Also, there is a big terrace outside the living room/master bedroom. Living area: 150 sqm, terraces 136 sqm.
Two good sized communal pools in the gardens, gym, tennis, paddle tennis, putting green. Gated community with 24 hours security.
The master bedroom has a en suite bathroom with window like in the best luxury hotels, so you can enjoy the ocean view through the bedroom from the shower/bathroom. Both bathrooms are modern style with walk-in showers.
The apartment was refurbished in november 2019: Brand new kitchen, new laundry room, false ceiling with LED lightning in the living room, gas fireplace (for guests use October-May), new Samsung 49 «The Frame» smart TV with direct access to Netflix and other apps plus Chromecast installed, new Sonos player, new decorations and «behind curtains LED lightning» in all bedrooms. South facing terrace, with doors from the living room and the master bedroom. Dining table for 6 plus a sunbed.

Beach: Long, endless sandy beaches with many nice beach restaurants (Chiringitos). The beach is never crowded, perfect for long walks, childrens play and swimming, snorkeling.
Restaurants: Nice chirnguitos (beach restaurants) along the beach. The locally famous Spanish restaurant Playa Bella 100 meters from the community’s entrance, and the brand new Sonora Beach restaurant right outside the community’s beach door. Tikitano a upscale cross-over restaurant is close.
Parking: The apartment has its own parking place in the basement, close to the elevator that stops 50 centimeters from the apartment. Alternatively, parking is also available right outside the block by the entrance.

If we didn't have a 12 hour flight and a 12 hours time change we would definately go back year after year. The sand, the pools, the cleanliness of the beaches and the friendly people in and around this area were fantastic.
“Excellent spacious apartment right on the beach in Estepona” Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment at the end of June and we all enjoyed our stay there. I can recommend this property to my friends without hesitation. The building is right on the beach and close to restaurants, some of which are on the beach within walking distance. The owner was very helpful with all the questions I bombarded him with prior to our arrival and gave us useful hints about the area and directions. The place was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, there is a spacious patio with a big table (we ate our breakfast there and spent evenings talking and having wine and snacks with a gorgeous view of the sea), and there is a second level huge patio with a private pool and loungers for sunbathing. I was also impressed with security at the entrance gate. The safety was no issue since it's a gated community with a guard sitting there all the time. I hope you will enjoy this place as much as we did! And if we deside to go for vacation to Estepona again we'll rent this apartment. “Private pool overlooking the Mediterranean” Penthouse with private pool on the roof made our vacation extremely relaxing. Our family of four spent hours on the roof every day. Very clean and well furnished, with beautiful flowerboxes on both levels. The larger community pool was never crowded and provided an alternative for more active swimming. This area of the costa is less developed than others, so the beach is not crowded. We enjoyed walking to nearby beach restaurants for lunch.
“The place was fantastic!” This was the first time I've rented a place in Europe and this condo was fantastic! Clean, well furnished and stunning views of Mediterranian and africa. The private pool was literally the cherry on top. The private pool was also heated; the 2 pools in the complex were not. Location was good. Close to supermarkets and a few restaurants but also very private and peaceful.

This is the New Golden Mile with luxury beachside apartments. Right outside the community, you can access the Senda Litoral, the new beach walk all the way to Estepona and towards San Pedro/Purto Banus. The area is peaceful, endless beaches and nice restaurants.

BOOKING CONDITIONS Penthouse Los Granados Playa May we please ask you to carefully read the booking conditions information. We are sure you will understand the need for these safeguards as they enable you to book with confidence.
1. YOUR HOLIDAY CONTRACT The party leader must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions by all persons named on the holiday confirmation form, including those substituted or added by an agreed amendment of the booking. All correspondence and documents are sent to the party leader who is responsible to us for all payments in respect of the booking and for ensuring that members of the party are kept informed of details affecting their arrangements. On receipt of the signed booking form and all payments referred to in clause 2 below, we will send written confirmation of your holiday arrangements to you by email, fax or post. Accommodation is reserved only for the use of persons named on the confirmation/invoice so please check the confirmation and any other documents carefully as soon as you receive them. Please notify us within 7 days of issue if any detail is not correct otherwise the details shown on the confirmation invoice will be presumed to be correct. A contract between you, the party leader and us will come into existence when you have paid a deposit (or full payment if booking within 8 weeks of departure) and we accept your booking by issuing our written confirmation. Telephone quotes are all provided subject to written confirmation.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT OF YOUR ACCOMMODATION Deposit: If you sign a booking form agreeing to these conditions you will be required to pay 25% of the total charge as a deposit, which is non-refundable. Balance: You must pay the balance shown on the final invoice at least 8 weeks before departure. If payment is not received by the due date, you could be liable for cancellation charges of up to 100% as set out in table below (term 7). In this event we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you at any time up to the date of departure. It is important, therefore, that you pay the balance by the due date. Within 4 weeks: If you book within 8 weeks of arrival date, the full invoice sum must be paid at the time of booking.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT The Security Deposit is $200 per week. The Security Deposit will be returned within 4 weeks, less any deductions for damages to the premises or its contents.
4. OCCUPATION OF THE APARTMENT OR VILLA The accommodation will be available from 15.00 hours (3 pm) on the day of your arrival. Every effort will be made to have your accommodation ready as early as possible. All accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
5. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING The person who signed the Booking Form must make any cancellation in writing. Cancellation of accommodation will apply from the date of receipt. If cancellation is within 4 weeks of arrival, cancellation charges will apply over the total accommodation price (see below). All cancellations incur a charge, payable by you, to compensate us for our estimate losses and expenses (see table below). We do therefore strongly advice you take out adequate cancellation insurance. Period before arrival date within which written cancellation are received. 6. OUR RESPONSABILITY FOR YOUR HOLIDAY We accept responsibility for ensuring that all component parts of your holiday that you book with us are supplied to you as described on our website. Any person using the accommodation does so entirely at their own risk and we will not accept liability for the loss or damage to their personal property and possessions.
7. YOUR RESPONSABILITIES Only those persons named on the booking form may use the property without prior agreement. In the event that the maximum number allowed at the property is exceeded, without prior agreement, we reserve the right to refuse or revoke the booking at their sole discretion. The client must keep the holiday accommodation in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. Should any of the equipment or furnishings in the accommodation, being occupied by the client, be lost or damaged, the client will be required to make immediate cash settlement for any necessary replacement or repair either before or after his/her departure from the accommodation. Sub-letting, sharing or assignment is prohibited.
8. DAMAGE The owner shall not be held responsible for the death or personal injury of the client or any person named on the Booking Form or other person at the property. The owner shall not be liable for any loss, breach or delay due to any cause beyond their reasonable control including, though not limited to, an act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident, war or threat of war, civil disturbance, acts, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental or local authority, strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial actions or disputes or adverse weather conditions. In any such case we shall be entitled to treat the contract as discharged. In the event of such discharge the liability of the owner shall be limited to the return of sums paid to them in respect of the unused portion of the holiday calculated on a pro rata daily basis. The owner cannot be held responsible for the breakdown of mechanical equipment such as pumps, boilers, swimming pool filtration systems etc nor for failure of public utilities such as water, gas and electricity. Neither is the owner responsible for noise or disturbance originating beyond the boundaries of the holiday accommodation of which is beyond their control.
9. BANK DETAILS & TRANSFER All sending expenses must be covered by the sender, receiving expenses are covered by the receiving party.
