It is a Village House individualized booked, that means by rooms, it is arranged over two floors and is well equipped for a pleasurable stay. All the furniture, including mattresses and linen are the best quality to maximum standard, always thinking the best for our customers satisfaction.
It has got two and four standard rooms. Each room has got en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, hairdryer, free WIFI, etc. The rent is individualized, that means like a bed and breakfast, with daily cleaning of all rooms, change of sheets every three days, or less if necessary, breakfast, etc. Cots are available in all rooms without extra charge. In the pictures you can see how many beds and its size that you can find in the rooms and Suites.
The price of the Standard rooms is 60 Euros per night, and the Suites is 70 Euros. The extra beds are free if they are occupied by children under 12, otherwise they have a cost of 15 Euros per night, breakfast, on the other hand, have a cost of 3.5 Euros per person, but for children under 6 are for free. (VAT is included in the prices).
There is also the possibility to rent the whole house, then the best thing is to contact us directly. This way you would have the whole house for yourself. Living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Vitro, microwave, washing machine, etc.) In addition, every three days we would give you new linen and swimming wear, and nobody would go into the house apart from you. All cleaning materials, linen, towels, beach towels toiletries are provided to make your stay like being in a five star hotel.
There are plenty of activities to do in the area, such as light sailing and Surf (at home there are several boards and suits), diving (we also have a team), hiking, bicycle, canoe rafting, Paintball ( to 30 minutes, etc.).
Our location is perfect, on the central coast of Asturias, near the beaches and the highway, which takes you anywhere in Asturias in no time, which will help you great deal with your excursions. Asturias Airport is only a stone's throw away, Easyjet and Ryanair fly in Asturias, and for your information, it is situated over a beach.
