This is a well built, modern house that is very well located in a very quiet and private area just minutes from the Cala Jondal and it beaches and restaurants.
This comfortable, renovated 210 m2 house has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all fitted with state of the art air conditioning and tastefully decorated. 2 bedrooms are ensuite and 2 share a bathroom.
The house has Wi-Fi, airconditioning and safety deposit boxes, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

The spacious ample living room, with SAT TV and a guest bathroom, leads outside to the porch, outside dining, lounge and swimming pool areas.
Outside there is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, a shady seating and dining area and a wooden deck surrounding a 10m x 4.5 m swimming pool facing south, south west with sunshine all day, pergolas and porches.
