Villa Vir is located in the village of Sant Jordi de Ses Salines, a five minute walk from the main village and a five minute drive to the city center. It is located within a plot of 1,500 square meters surrounded by green spaces.
It is a finca set over two floors that measures 300 m2; porches, gardens and a lovely pool area create an environment that allows you to enjoy the spaces with a very relaxed atmosphere and contact with nature.
The interiors are made up of the most natural and native Ibiza materials, in order to create a feeling of the island’s origins. The use of stone materials such as stone and tile, glazed hand made mosaics, hurdle roofing, solid wood, real spanish alpujarra rugs, braided decorative elements in natural materials like wicker; allow you to take a journey towards a more local, natural, relaxed and authentic Ibiza.
Its generous spaces consists of 4 double rooms with private balcony and a master suite with private bathroom.
They are perfectly equipped and none of the bedrooms coincide wall to wall, they are completely independent.
The house has got four main entrances with direct access to the porch area, garden and BBQ as well as access to backside of the side where you can find the laundry room and outdoor storage.
The distribution of the interiors has is made up by a large living / dining room, which is the core part of the house that connects to the other rooms. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, crockery, gas hob and cooker, oven, large pantry, coffee machine, tea kettle, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge freezer.
The second living room that comes with a fireplace can also function as an extra bedroom which can allow for a maximum of 12 people in total capacity. The large sofas, tables and chairs do all have their meeting space so that nobody is left without his place. The villa has got Wifi, stereo and an iPod dock satellite channel. Large windows with views over the garden, a spacious and modern traditional Ibicecan bathroom with vaulted ceiling and round windows.
