This lovingly restored house has all the mod-cons needed but at the same time it maintains its own character of a typical spanish stonehouse.
The house adapts itself to the slope of the ground and, as a result, every room of the house is located in a different level. In the main floor, entrance, hall, living room with fireplace, dining room for 10 people, kitchen, blue room with own bathroom. In the lower floor, library with fireplace and bathroom. In the higher floors, orange and yellow room with their own bathrooms.
In the exterior, the property gets lost into the forest and is full of old and tall oak trees. An `horreo´(a typical galician barn) is found close to the terrace and dates back to the 18th century.
The property is 2mins walking to a river surronded by chestnut trees whose branches fall into the water. Wandering around you can find some old waterwheels and amazing landscapes to go for a stroll.
The area where the property is located is considered to be one of the few remaining unspoiled parts of Spain (for example: Combarro, Playa de Mogor). It is 20 min drive from the town of Pontevedra
