This house can also be rented together with the villa next door, Casa Montana, to accommodate a larger party.
Ideally situated for visits North to Granada and South to the Costa Tropical.

A spacious modern villa, built in typical Spanish style with a great private swimming pool and stunning views.
The outside patio is equipped with ample sunbeds, garden chairs and a parasol. For the men-a BBQ.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, to sleep 6 people.
Bedroom One has a double bed and is next to Bathroom One, equipped with bath, toilet, sink and bidet.
Bedroom Two has a double bed, and Bedroom Three has two single beds.
These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and all you need for a relaxing holiday.
The separate living room has a comfortable bench-style sofa, dining table, fireplace and satellite TV.
The house has a Central Heating system, so it is also available to rent in the colder months of the year.
The house has a large cellar utilized as a Sports Room, with billiards, ping -pong and darts.

Durcal is a few minutes away on foot, the main highway is a few minutes from the house and then no more than 20 minutes northward to Granada and the Alhambra, and the same time south to the Costa Tropical with its unspoilt white-washed villages.
Durcal is a well-appointed town with excellent Tapas bars and restaurants, a good supermarket and a good variety of shops.
