The living room is separated into a lounge and dining area with enough seating for six people. It has LCD TV, satellite, DVD and CD player. There are 2 large garden doors from the living room to covered terrace with a teak dining table with six chairs and lounge chairs.
A large and equipped kitchen well-connected to the living room with all comfort including juicer, four ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer layout, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, blender, etc. The glassware and crockery are modern.

30% deposit is due to secure your booking. Security deposit of 750,- Euro payable in cash on arrival On the day of arrival you have access at the apartment from 16.00 hours in the afternoon. On the day departure you leave the villa between 07.00 and at least at 10.00 hours in the morning.

The price includes use of gas / water / electricity / swimming pool maintenance / disposal a private underground parking space for 1 car.
