The detached villa is located in a tropical landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 700 m. The 100 m 2 large villa is attractively furnished and decorated with Oriental influences, no effort is spared to make your holiday comfort optimal.
The living room has two different ceiling levels and is divided into a dining area and a sitting area with Satellite TV, 46 inch flat screen, video, DVD and CD stereo. Two double French doors, one of which gives access to the covered side porch with large teak dining table (1.00 x 2.40 m) with 8 chairs, and a second which gives access to the back terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen features a 5 burner gas ring, microwave combination oven, fridge with freezer with frost, coffee machine, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass crockery are plentifully present. Also you can rely on sufficient table accessories. In a separate room you have a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Ironing Board and iron.
In the central hall are located the three bedrooms and the bathroom with bath, 2 washbasins and a toilet. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90 x 2.00 m). The third bedroom (is separated from the living by means of curtain) has a sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The living room has a sofa bed (1, 60 x 2.00 m). Duvets and pillows are available. Adjacent to the villa you have an outdoor shower room, the shower is equipped with hot and cold water, the washbasin has cold water.
