Outside to the front is a gravelled garden and 3 parking spaces. The main garden is divided into 3 level areas, the top level is gravelled with outdoor dining table and a patio area with a moorish style bench and other garden furniture. There's also a fitted gas barbecue and worktops adjacent to the kitchen.

The middle level is planted with olive trees and mature shrubs. Divided by a large bed planted with all manner of exotic and flowering shrubs is the lowest level where there is a 5x3M pool and shaded seating areas.

There is a bar just 3 minutes walk away and another large bar is aabout 25 minutes walk or 3 mins by car away towards Arboleas.

The coast at Mojacar, Villaricos, San Juan de los Terreros and Vera are all within 40-45 minutes drive.

Almeria airport is an hours drive, Murcia 1.5 hours and Alicante 2 hours.
