There is an 18x10M communal swimming pool, a bar and restaurant and also plenty of landscaped communal areas. Its a 5 minute walk through the trees to the beautiful beach and harbour at Villaricos. There are many great bars and restaurants in the town and also a half hourly bus service to Garrucha, Vera and Mojacar.
