There is a welcoming entrance hall which leads to good size office and then the dining room, the lounge is very spacious too. There is a double bedroom also on the ground floor with a shower room adjacent. The kitchen is compact and well thought out.
There are high ceilings throughout with exposed beams, with many original features the house is packed full of character.
Outside is a utility room, an outdoor kitchen and about 25m2 of patio.
Upstairs is another lounge, 2 double bedrooms and a large family bathroom with corner bath.
Outside again is a further terrace of about 30m2 and steps lead up to the 35m2 split level roof terrace. The views are spectacular over the old town, with Mojacar Pueblo and the Cabrera Mountains also providing an attractive backdrop.
The house has reversible air-con throughout and satellite television.
Parking is easily available outside the door.
