It boasts a private 14 x 8 metre swimming pool, it's own private tennis court, a separate hot tub and a jacuzzi. There are many large terraced areas around the property, including areas covered by two large gazebos; all equipped with sun loungers, tables, chairs and hammocks. The villa has fabulous views across to the Cabrera mountains and of the surrounding area, including across to the Mediterranean coastline. The local beaches and coastal areas are a short car journey away. Entrance is gained to the villa via it's own double entrance gates. a long drive takes you up to the front of the property. The villa is surrounded, on all sides, by garden. In a separate courtyard, to one side, is a barbecue and barbecue area. Through an archway can then be found a separate and secluded boules court. A weekly maids service is standard. The villa has UK satellite TV and internet access is available.
