In this urbanisation the owners bought the plots and then built villas after their own taste and design.
The property consists of 658 sq.m. enclosed by stonewall. The whole plot has a foundation of concrete with tiles on the top with outcroppings for palms and plants. All plot is a terrace, On the right corner against beach there is the outdoor kitchen with large grill and dinner table. Left of this is the beach door, then the shower with hot water. On the left side against the beach there is the large mosaic-clad swimming pool with heating enabling swimming in 30 degree Celsius all year.
There are garden furniture for 10 persons and on patio around pool there are 8 sun beds, with 2 more on the top balcony. To the main floor you step into through the massive double oak doors (or through broad cellar stair) from the street side. Marble floors with decorations in granite. To the beach side there is two double, floor to ceiling terrace doors giving a tremendous view over the beach and sea. There's a bedroom with own bathroom on the street side. Thereafter a guest-WC. Then the kitchen with stainless steel equipment. Granite tops and island. Remaining area on this floor consist of living room with sitting arrangement and dinner table. Bookshelves and cabinets give an abundance of storage space. Lighting is by 12-armed crystal crowns giving a festival atmosphere. The art is French, 17 century, Swedish 18th century and a monumental, marine painting. On the floor persian carpets.
Upstairs you go through the granite stairs surrounded by forged iron railings. You are met by impressive venetian mirror where under stands a rococo cabinet, Somewhat to the righ you step into a bedroom with own bathroom and fully equipped pantry. Further against the beach you are entering a large bedroom with double terrace doors giving you the fantastic view of the sea. The bedroom has it's own bathroom with spacious Jacuzzi, shower cabinet and more. Danish art and Chinese carpets on marble floor. On the opposite side there's another large bedroom with same double glass terrace doors. Adjoining this is the main bathroom with large jacuzzi, double wash basins, bide, WC and shower. Storage space is plentiful. Walls in and floors in bathrooms as well as all other floors are of marble.
This floor is also surrounded with a 100 sq.m. Balcony giving a fantastic view over the sea, beach and parks. Back to the staircase. The stair goes further up to the parade bedroom. It's about 30 sq.m. marble clad room with its own bathroom. Persian carpets. Against the beach side are two double terrace doors and two windows making you enjoy the sunrise every morning coming up in the centre of the room. Here govern a gustavian double bed with its night tables. A 19th century large make-up cabinet. A sofa group for relaxing. Against the beach a fabulous view over the strand and sea.
