This high quality apartment has access to a shared swimming pool and opens onto a private balcony with stunning Sports Marina, Mar Menor sea, Mediterranean sea and pool views, right by the beach and marina. Great for families and beach lovers!
Our 2-bed, 2-bath sleeps six, with a double bed, 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom and a 3 very high quality sectional sofa which pulls out to sleep 2 more in the living room. We have spent care in furnishing it to a fine quality. Free WiFi is included. Plus free public parking is available adjacent to the building. Driving and key collection instructions will be sent once you decide to reserve.
This building is one of the newest in the area. Cape Palos is a 10-minute drive away Shops, restaurants and cafes abound in the area! Free public parking is available at the entrance of the building.
Since the property is on the side of a "hill" there is a short walk up the sidewalk from the parking lot to the base of the building. Metal stairs take you to the elevator on the first floor, that you take up to our unit. Spacious in size, but for guests with mobility issues and luggage it will be a little tough. We just want to advise those with mobility issues.
