This villa is made up of 2 apartments: on the first floor there is a spacious open kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) and a lovely living room with a fireplace near the terrace offering a sea-view. On the floor below you will find a fitted kitchen and a beautiful living room (TV). The living room leads out to the terrace and swimming pool which is heated (solar energy). On this floor you will also find 2 bedrooms (1x2p, 2x1p) and a bathroom. Both floors have sufficient garden furniture. Lovely swimming pool (8x4m). The terrace around the swimming pool and the swimming pool itself offer a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. An ideal place for a wonderful barbecue. Golf.
This villa is ideally suited for 2 families who wish to spend their holidays together while preserving their privacy. The 2 apartments are not rented separately, and in July and August they are rented by fortnight, except for last minute reservations!
