Delightful coastline, a fantastic tourist infrastructure, an amazing climate, basically everything you need for great holidays.
The villa Mas Nou 323 is lovely and enjoys a truly beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The villa comprises a lower floor with a very well fitted kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave,…) and a pleasant living room with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.
There are 4 bedrooms in all (1x2p., 1x2p. 1x2p., 2x1p.) each with a bathroom or a shower room. 2 bedrooms are on the ground-floor, 1 bedroom (master bedroom) is on the floor above and it has its own bathroom and dressing room. Below the villa there is another beautiful bedroom with a bathroom and an independent access to the garden (not to the villa). Private parking. Internet. Golf.
The beautiful surrounding and well tended garden has a very spacious covered terrace with a barbecue, next to the heated private swimming pool with a diving board (June to September: 28°C). Sufficient garden furniture.
If you love a quiet, peaceful place with a great view… while enjoying a lively holiday spot, then Mas Nou 323 is the place to stay in! In July and August it is rented per fortnight, except for last minute reservations!
