The property is 2000m2 but there aren´t houses build in more than 15.000m2 around. Privacy is insured. Just in front you have the Pyrinees mountains that fell into our beautiful bay creating breathtaking sunsets in the evening. There are three double rooms with two bathrooms; there are terraces on three sides with a natural garden.
The main house is on a same level with four steps to reach two of the bedrooms; optionally there is a room downstairs with a Ping-pong. The town is less than five minutes walking from the house and ten minutes walk to reach Tamariua beach in the Natural Park. The famous painter Salvador Dali was living in Cadaques and Figueres, towns very close from our village. From behind the house you can see the clear stars at night because the property is aside the Natural Park of Cap de Creus where there is no light contamination.
