It has a shared pool of 130 m2 and garden of 500 m2 with private terrace. The pool is shared only among 9 others homes. The holiday home has a cover garage and all the rooms have been renovated with new furniture. Ideal for the summer and winter vacations, because the weather in Alicante in winter is great, around 20 degrees maximun in December. The house is located in a peaceful residential area in Sant Joan d’Alacant/San Juan de Alicante. It is nearby San Juah Beach just 2.5 kilometres and 6 kilometres to the Alicante city.
It is possible to access most of the nearby cities by motorway. Moreover, there is a hospital, the University and a large shopping centre nearby, approx. 1 km away. San Juan Beach: Pleasant and incredible 7-kilometre-long beach just five minutes away by car. The beach corresponds to 2 municipalities of El Campello and Alicante. There are several facilities provided at the beach, like children's playground, showers, parking, volleyball nets, pedal boat hire, beach bars, etc. There are a number of restaurants located alongside the promenade.
In addition you can visit Calpe, Altea and Denia, beautiful villages with nice beaches and mountains that are only 20 to 40 min. far away. The mountain villages of Alicante are attractive enough to spend great moments under the shade of natural beauties.
