The floors of the villa are of traditional hand made clay and the ceilings have wooden beams. below is a small apartment with double bed (160 x 200 cms.) a sofa bed and a bathroom. It will accommodate 2/3 people. At the entrance to the villa is a convenient separate toilet facility. The lounge is completely open plan with huge opening windows giving views of the Montgo mountain, the sea and el faro. The lounge opens out to a spacious terrace with large opening doors. The terrace is equipped with a "chill out" corner, a teak dinner table, BBQ. The terrace connect to the indoor kitchen and trough into the lounge.
A few steps lead to the library and to the main bedroom with has a large double bed (180 x 200 cms.) and a TV. There is a spacious bathroom with open shower and closed in toilet. There is also a large dressing room. All this has a attractive wooden floor. The villa has a wood burning stove with 2 glass doors to the salon and kitchen, and central heating. It offers TV, DVD, music equipment and Wi Fi connection. The kitchen is well equipped. There is an enclosed carport with electric gates.
