Large lounge with sliding full length windows to make the most of the wonderful view and easy access to the terraces and pool, dinning room for 8. Fully fitted Kitchen. Guest toilet. Then the Main bedroom en-suite with direct access to the Terraces. Up stairs are two twin bedrooms a glassed naya and main Bathroom. The apartment has a double bedroom / dressing room and large shower room plus a lounge/dinner and light cooking facilities. This is a none smoking property.Plus a second driveway/play area. Many terraces all with extensive views, El Fresco dinning with a gas B.B.Q and U.V.protection shade sail enables hours of lunch time dinning plus lighting for the evening. The swimming pool 6m-10m special design for aqua-aerobics and sporty games with a flat bottom to the shallow end of 1.30m and a deep end of 2.20m you really can swim and dive in this pool. The villa is south facing and receives the sun all day. With a high amount of privacy.
There is table tennis, some games and books for your use. English TV and Radio ,Plus local TV with many channels in Spanish/English and a few German and French plus radio and Dvd player. The kitchen has Oven, Hob,Dishwasher,Fridge/Freezer and washing machine, Iron and Drying stand.Kettle and toaster. Also a hair dryer.The Village famous for its vineyards and Saturday Rastro Market is approx 1km away with all amenities. Many of the Bars/ Restaurants have entertainment, plus Jalon is fast becoming a hub for music lovers on a Sunday evening.
The Villa can accommodate up to 6 people or 8 with the addition of the Apartment. Though we can also make discounts for 2 persons , depending on their requirements. With the property having the main en-suite at ground level, this makes it easy for people with difficulty at getting around. Internet access; most of the Bars in the village have free wi-fi.
If you need catering there are some companies that supply to the home. Though if you just wish for a meal on arrival I can help. The local supermarket is 1km away or an Iceland English supermarket is 10 min by car.
