The villa has a two cars garage, four large bedrooms (one en-suite), three bathrooms, a dining room and a lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: dishwaser, micro-wave, oven, toaster, kettle, an American style fridge, TV set, washing machine etc.
There is satellite television on the terrace and in the lounge. Additionally, there is WI-FI, so you can use internet on your computer even in the garden. Its large-covered terrace (close to the kitchen) with views toward the garden, makes it an ideal place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside in spring, summer and on many sunny days in autumn and winter. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
The chalet is situated in a 8000 m2-fenced plot shared with only four identical villas. There is a 17mx6m swimming-pool with a barbeque area and nearby covered large terrace in case you want to eat beside the pool.
