Although close to a village you will feel like you are alone in paradise with nobody watching at your relaxed life.This is a true family house with many CD´s, books, movies, (computer) games etc. For the ones who cannot live without we have satellite tv with all the Dutch and international channels.
The house has three large bedrooms and a separate large guest bedroom which is connected to the house by a terrace. All bedrooms have beautiful views to the mountains and the sea and all come with ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower. All bedrooms have a kingsize bed except for one bedroom in the house who has a large bunk bed. The house has several terraces, the main one has a large dining table, a sitting area, a summer kitchen area, hammocks and a music system. It overlooks the mountains, the sea and the swimming pool just below, which makes it the center of the house in the summer.
The house is set within nature with uninterrupted views to the mountains and the sea. The area is popular for walking and biking. With the beach and the city of Alicante close by it is the perfect spot to combine relaxing and Spanish culture. Although very secluded the house is close to everything, 2 km from a small typical Spanish village with shops and restaurants, 10km from a beautiful beach with many restaurants (very popular with families as there are no cars on the promenade), 30km from the city center of Alicante, 30km from the leisure parks of Benidorm, even Valencia can easily be visited on a day trip.
