Beste Astrid en Eugene, Wij zijn op vakantie geweest van 16/9-10/10 2014 en hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad. Vooral het uitzicht op de palmentuin en het zwembad was fantastisch. Zeker in de avond als alles mooi is verlicht. Het zwembadwater was lekker en heel schoon om in te zwemmen. Ook het zeewater was trouwens heerlijk en ook weer zeer heel helder (25 graden schatten wij). Met de handige strandstoelen, koeltassen etc. was het comfortabel vertoeven op het zandstrand op korte loopafstand van het appartement. Trouwens alls is goed te belopen (Bank, Lidl, Consum en Mercadona op loopafstand). Jullie huis is heel mooi en troffen wij brandschoon aan bij aankomst. Het water en de biertjes lagen lekker koud al in de reeds werkende koelkast. Wij voelden ons direct thuis vanwege de sfeervolle inrichting. Alles is er eigenlijk om een fijne tijd te hebben. Of je nu thuis eet of uit eten gaat; Astrid en Eugene hadden zelfs Horeca Vouchers verstrekt zodat we heel goedkoop bij de beste restaurants aan de boulevard konden eten met 50% korting. Dit hebben wij nog nooit meegemaakt. Trouwens er is geen airco maar wel ventilatoren. maar eerlijk gezegd hebben wij geen airco gemist hoor. Als alle ramen en schuifpuien tegen elkaar openstaan is het heerlijk binnen. Dus onze tevredenheid is dan ook heel hoog en zullen deze mooie en centrale locatie graag aanbevelen aan anderen. VERY WARM WELCOME IN THIS BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT
All the family enjoyed our staying in El Campello, quiet area, ideal for children, near the sea. Very clean, bright, spacious and beautiful apartment, we found all the facilities, even WIFI access, the pool area is very lovely, we also enjoyed SAUNA, and gym, it is only 10 minutes walk from the beach, it is close to all amenities . Dana were waiting for us the day we arrived, he showed us the residence and the apartment, she was friendly, kind and welcoming. Mr Eugène is a very kind person, he answers quickly, he's always present to answer any question or information we needed, he offered to us welcome vouchers for many restaurants in El Campello, we really had a warm welcome, Thank you Mr Eugène . We were hiring houses ourselves for years on the Spanish coast line. So we know what we missed when we hired a house. That knowledge we used in our own appartment to be sure you will have a great holiday in our 2nd home in Spain. We have tried to give you all the information you need, incl. actual photo's and even video's with a virtual tour in the appartment and the best way to reach our home. The main reasons why we have bought a 2nd home in El Campello:
1. Not situated in the most busiest place like Benidorm but you can easy visit this place.
2. Very close to Alicante Airport and fast connection to our house. In total 1 small hour by bus (2,90 euro pp) and by tram (1,45 euro pp) in a nice sight seeing trip to our back door !
3. Tram stop behind our house so you are able to travel to all nice places in Costa Blanca for just 1,45 or max. 2,90 pp per drive pending on the destination
4. In just 10km you reach the beautiful grottes in the mountains
5. On walking distance of 2 fine sandy beaches and 1 pabble beach. But with the tram you can also reach easily about 10 cala's.
6. Excellent restaurants on the boulevard and close by
7. Beautiful carfree boulevard and beach
8. Own marina and daily fresh fish which is sold also to privat persons
9. Departure to island Tabarca for the coast of Costa Blanca.
10. Renting possibilities of boats, jetski's,etc
11. Own parking place in gated and guard-gated residence
12. Jardin Del Mar has the most beautiful tropical. swimming poole of El Campello and is also very nicelly lightened in the evening so you have a great view right from your terrace.
4. Elevator available and the whole park is easy to walk by carrycot and wheelchair.
15. Spacious appartement with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms ideal for max 6 persons ( e.g. 2 copples or families).
Extra advantages:
1. The sun is shining on your terrace very long untill 14 hours..
2. Terrace has a roof so no problem when by incident some rain drups are falling down. We never expereienced this by the way.
3. Swimming poole is whole day in the sun but there is also shadow.
4. Very hygienical daily controle on swimming water
5. Daily garden maintanance is done what you will see on the great condition of the garden.
6. Everything is on walking distance. So no need for a car
7. High value for money with all FREE extra's we offer you.
8. In case of problems or emergency help you can call our agent Cathy ten Have. She speaks Spanish and many other languages and guide you to a doctor who speaks your own language or even guide you to the hospital if needed. We always found this a peacefull thought when we were in Spain every year for hiring.
8. Many indoor shopping centra are closeby in Alicante and Benidorm and always FREE parking
9. The tram even brings you to the entrance of the waterpark and recreation parcs in Benidorm.
10. All available food, drinks, cosmetics, detergents, dish wash tablets are FREE to use.
