In the first one we have three bedrooms (double beds) and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with shower and bath). A traditional looking kitchen and two spacious and cozy lounges with fireplaces. In the second house there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) two shower rooms, a large living room and a fully equipped american kitchen. EXTERIOR: This house has a large plot with a lovely big garden. We have a nice pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area with furniture where you can enjou your meals times. The villa has two solariums for sunbathing, and to enjoy the views to the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach. The access to the property is through a sliding door which takes you into the parking area and garage. LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of Calpe, close to all amenities and beaches of fine sand and crystalline waters.
