On the ground floor, there is two bedrooms (one with single beds and a second one with double bed) a bathroom with shower. OUTSIDE: Very pleasant garden with palm trees and trees, swimming pool area with sun bed sand an outside shower. There is another covered terrace where we can have the meals or have coffee. Parking space for 2 cars on the plot. SITUATION: The property is at 5 minutes by car from the centre of Moraira where we can enjoy the sand beach, the beautiful sea view, the small restaurants, bars, and all services.
