DISTRIBUTION: This pleasant villa is on three floors connected by an internal staircase. The upper floor offers a spacious bedroom (double bed) with en suite bathroom (with bath) and a private terrace. From this terrace you have views to the Natural Park of the Rock of Ifach. On the main floor we have three bedrooms (the three of them with double beds, one with an extra bunk bed) and two bathrooms (one with bath and shower). Also on this floor, we have a separate kitchen and a large living room opening onto a covered terrace. On the ground floor of the villa, we have a room for the washing machine and extra fridge. EXTERIOR: The charming exterior of the villa offers a pool with terrace furnished with loungers, table and chairs. It has a garden with palm trees surrounding the house, where we can find a beautiful jacuzzi to take away the stress accumulated by the work. On the covered terrace you have a chill out area furnished with comfortable sofas, ideal for a pleasant reading or sipping cocktails at sunset. To enter the plot, we have an automatic sliding door and enough room to park several vehicles. LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Calpe, near its magnificent sandy beaches and crystalline waters. A 5min drive from supermarkets and leisure areas.
