It is also very close to shopping centers, Calpe and its marvellous and so well-kown sandy beaches. The villa is built onto two floor, with 3 independant accomodations: DISTRIBUTION: First and main access floor: Living-dining room with a wonderful balcony with sea views and overlooking the pool and garden, independant fully-fitted kitchen, 2 double rooms with twins beds and one with double bed and shower-room in suite. And another shower-room. Our with a studio-coach for 2, independant fully-fitted kitchen, 1 double rooms with twins beds and shower-room. Downstairs apartment 2, access by the pool side: Living-dining room, independant fully-fitted kitchen, 2 double rooms: 1 with twins beds and 1 with double bed and shower-room in suite. And another shower-room. OUTDOOR: Nice shadowy garden, great terrace around the pool and BBQ area. Place to park several cars.
