DISTRIBUTION: The Villa is distributed on an upper floor which we can access by a stair case.There we can find three bedrooms with Air conditioning (one with double bed and two with single beds), two bathrooms one of wich is an ensuite shower room, and an open kitchen fully equipped. Finally, a dining room and lounge with Sat TV and fireplace. From this room you can access a sun room overlooking the pool and the sea. Downstairs there�s a garage, washer and dryer. EXTERIOR: We have a pool with sun loungers next to a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. In this same terrace there are an outdoor shower and a barbecue area with a large table for dining under the shade of palm trees in the garden. There is a one car garage and suficiant room on the entrance to park another one. .
