Distibution: This Villa is divided into three levels, all comunicated by an internal staircase. The ground floor also features an external staircase. Starting from the top floor we can find a large bedroom (double bed and bathroom with shower) and a private terrace. On the main floor are two bedrooms (twins and one of them with bathroom en suite with bath) and a bathroom with shower. A fully equipped open kitchento dining room and a large living room with a beautiful sunroom overlooking the pool. The ground floor has three bedrooms (one double, one twin and the last with a single bed) and bathroom with shower. A laundry room and a small open plan kitchen. Finally, on this floor we have a leisure room with ping pong, fitness machines and a lounge and readng area. EXTERIOR: We enter the villa by an automatic sliding door and have space for several vehicles. Nice pool surrounded by terrace with a gazebo that provides shade. This area is set between the main and the bottom floor. This house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and also has a barbecue area for shaded by a pergola. LOCATION: The villa is located in Colina del Sol urbanization in Calpe, in a privileged position where we can enjoy the mountain views and the sea. It is located about 2 km from the magnificent sandy beaches of Calpe. OTHER: WIFI INTERNET, AIR CONDITIONING IN THE BEDROOM OF THE UPPER LEVEL, ANIMALS ALLOWED
