LAYOUT: The villa is spread over two floors, connected by an external staircase. Downstairs, we have two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a shower room. There's a kitchen with a large dining room and TV lounge. On the upper and main floor, there are two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom. This floor has a wide space with fully fitted kitchen and living room. From the living room you have access to a large covered terrace, fully furnished, from wich you can enjoy the views while having a meal or drink.
EXTERIOR: This villa of 127 m2 has a large enclosed plot of 2500m2, with palms and trees. We have three barbecue areas, one on the ground floor and two, covered, on the top floor. The pool is on another level which you access by small steps, there we find a great place to cool off, sunbathe on loungers and enjoy the view that we have towards the mountains of Calpe and Benissa. The villa offers a garage and space to park our cars inside the property which you access through an automatic sliding door.
