INDOOR DISTRIBUTION: Built onto two floors connected by outdoor stairs. The main floor has 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds, each), shower room, american fully fitted kitchen opening to the living and dining room. TV, DVD and chimney in winter. From the living, access to a nice terrace nicely furnished and PEŅON DE IFACH SEA VIEWS. The lower floor has a third bedroom (with 3 individual beds) and a beautiiful and colorful shower room in suite.
THE POOL is 8 x 4 m, there is also a large terrace where to have lunch or dinner next to the BBQ. The street of the villa is a dead end which allows a very quiet situation. At about 400 m you can find the Bassetes Harbour when you can do a lot of water activities such as catamaran sailing course or rentals, kayac, windsurf, submarinism, boat trip, etc. There are 2 restaurants as well at the sea shore. Calpe down town is 5 minutes driving.
