This old country house, completely reformed, well decorated and very comfortable is located in a very quiet rural area, close to the beaches from Calpe, Moraira and Benissa and their town centers. Distribution: The house is divided on two floors connected by and inside staircase. On the lower floor, you can find a double room, bathroom, a spacious living room with TV and an open chimney, a dining room, a separate kitchen fully fitted with dishwasher and wash machine and a glaced terrace. The top floor has a double room, two bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom. Exterior: This big house is surrounded by vineyards and almond trees. The pool of 8x4 is also surrounded by grass ans is very close to the BBQ area which includes an outdoor kitchen and dining room which can be used all year around. You can find loads of different places to rest around the big garden. The parking area is enormous and has space for various cars. Has to be pointed out that privacy and quietness in this house are guaranteed. The house also provides: INTERNER-WIFI, PING PONG, AIR CONDITIONING (extra). NOTE: Just in front villa Marilen you have Villa Casami, with similar facilities, 3 bedrooms, suited for big families wanting to share their holidays in two close houses.
