DISTRIBUTION: This villa is spread over three floors. On the first floor we have two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with a single bed with the possibility of a double bed) and two bathrooms en suite. We have a kitchen and a large dining room, also an office room and a lounge. On this floor we have a furnished terrace, where the breeze flows while sitting for a drink and from wich you can contemplate the wonderful views. The second floor has two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds) and two bathrooms en suite. One of the bedrooms has a private terrace. These two flors have wooden flooring and the whole house has been recently renovated. Downstairs, at the same level as the infinity pool, there is an apartment with a bedroom (with double bed) and an open space with a single bed. It also has a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: The villa has a beautiful terrace with amazing views from where we can see the natural park Ifach all the way to the popular village of Moraira. On this terrace is the infinity pool, that has an area of 30cm deep water for the kids t o play, surrounded by sun loungers and a summer kitchen. There is also a barbecue area and a built outdoor bed. The property grounds are divided into several levels, below the pool area there is a fitness area with exercise machines and a ping pong. The washing machine and dryer are located in this area too. Another level down, a great chillout area to relax and forget about work for a few days.
