This lovely villa has beautiful views of the surrounding Sierra Bernia mountains and the sea. It is located close to the town of Altea la Vella and just a short drive to Villa Gadea, very popular for weddings and celebrations.A spacious house which is beautifully furnished with lots of space inside and outside to enjoy. We can also offer a fully equipped gymnasium for the keep fit enthusiasts.The villa and gardens are very private and a stepping stone path leads through tropical plants to the house entrance with heavy, typically Spanish doors opening to a warm and inviting hallway. You will find a large lounge with flat screen TV with Canal + giving all English news channels+ box office films and other multi language channels, feature fireplace and comfortable seating with furnishings that compliment beautifully. 

The dining area seats 6 people and doors behind open to the terrace, gardens and pool where further seating and dining can be found.The kitchen in this house is fantastic and has dishwasher, oven, steam oven and coffee machine all built into really modern style units, a further set of doors leads to the terrace and gardens making access ideal for Al Fresco dining.On this entrance floor you will also find one double and one twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and doors leading to the terrace and pool. The master bedroom has en-suite shower room and there is a separate bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath.Stairs lead up to a twin "balcony style" open plan bedroom which has a lovely feature of open rails overlooking the lounge and dining room. 

There are 3 further double bedrooms on this floor all with built in wardrobes, two of the rooms have doors leading to a private and sunny terrace with great sea views and the larger bedroom has en-suite shower room.Stairs lead down to a lower floor bedroom with twin beds, please note this bedroom does not have a window. On this floor also is access to the private gymnasium.The gymnasium is well equipped and has mirrored walls and is available at this property for a supplement. You will find plenty of equipment to suit all levels of fitness including running machines and weight machines.Air conditioning is installed and for the winter months, we can make heating available if required. WIFI internet is also available at the property.Outside of the property the pool area is lovely, offering both sunny terraces and shade. The private pool is an infinity style, cascading over the edges to the garden set below. There are plenty of sunbeds for soaking up the sun as well as table and chairs for outside dining and the garden offers both sun and shade at different times of the day. The Valenciana region

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible. Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays.In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival. The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by. The Santa Barbara castle is wonderfully lit at night and is host to the many concerts and firework displays to mark celebrations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships and typically spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food.

The resort of Albir just 15 minutes by car south of this property and Altea can be reached by walking along the promenade popular amongst tourists, for a morning or evening stroll. The fishing town of Calpe is superb to visit and renowned for its fish restaurants selling the catches of the day. Just 20 minutes south is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see their homes when out at sea. Benidorm beaches and nightlife can easily be reached by car or taxi and offers all year round entertainment.

Altea La Vella

This lovely villa is situated in the residential area of Monterico on the outskirts of the town of Altea La Vella. Set in an elevated position with a backdrop of the Sierra Bernia mountain range, there are sea views towards Calpe and Altea.The town of Altea La Vella has plenty to offer with many restaurants and café bars. There is a supermarket, banks and shops to browse. A bus service throughout the year from the town will take you to Altea or Benidorm.Altea is a lovely town with a beautiful old part , full of history and white walled houses and cobbled streets. You must take time to see the church and visit the many craft and art shops in the adjacent streets. A weekly market is held on Tuesdays selling fruit and vegetables, leather goods, clothes and much more. The long promenade of Altea is lined with restaurants and bars.Don´t forget to visit the inland waterfalls of Algar or the mountain top village of Guadalest.
