The complex has a large communal swimming pool, jacuzzi and gymnasium, games and WIFI lounge.The apartment is furnished to a high standard with modern furniture.
The lounge has an "L" shaped sofa which converts to a sofa bed, ideal for additional guests or children. There is a dining table for 4 people, flat screen TV and doors leading to the kitchen and terrace.The kitchen is well equipped for your stay with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine as well as hob and separate oven and a small table, ideal for morning coffee. Double doors open from the kitchen into the lounge and a single door opens directly onto the terrace.The terrace is fantastic at any time of the year and has been fitted with glass curtains which can be opened fully for full sun but also closed. Blinds are fitted should you need some shade. The terrace has table and chairs and amazing views of the bay at la cala, beach and the skyline.
You also have views of the mountains.The bedroom is a good size with plenty of fitted wardrobes and has two single beds which can either be separated for individual guests or used together for a large double bed. There is a full bathroom with marble counter around the sink and shower over the bath.This apartment represents good quality accommodation in a nice location and we are sure you will have a fantastic holiday here.*A 20% deposit (minimum 250€uros) will secure your dates with the balance payable 56 days before your arrival. The advertised price includes both departure clean and laundry charges. For 2 week bookings a mini mid stay clean and laundry change will be included.*A 250€uros refundable damage deposit will be required.Payments are accepted by credit/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.If you are calculating your stay using the nightly quoted rate, you must add 135€uros to the final total.*Bed linen & towels are provided. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels only.
