Surface of house is 120m2 on 3 levels : On the ground floor, an independent bedroom with a double bed, (150 cm) wardrobes, bathroom / toilets. On the first floor: living room with fire place, balcony with sea view, a fully fitted kitchen, dining room, leading to a pleasant patio where you can have your meals. On the upper floor, two bedrooms each fitted with wardrobes, one bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and the master bedroom is fitted with one double bed and sea view. Toilets are adjacent. Panoramic terrace (30 m2) facing the sea on the upper floor and small garden in front of the house. The house is fully fitted. Washing machine. TV/DVD. Only bring your beach towels. Ideally located, a heaven of peace, away from the crowds in summer, yet very close to the beach and shops. If you have a boat, you can moor it at the nearby beach down the road. In this case you can discover the creeks along the coast line, snorkel in the wonderfully clear and quiet Tossa waters. Parking nearby
