A house that gives off an air of welcoming freshness and light. It has the finish of a house that has been made with love and passion. It was built on top of a little hill, far from the madding crowd on the beach and of course a magnificent panoramic view of the immense sea, the bay and the huge pine wood which cuts Tamariu off from the rest. The house is part of the old town and was totally renovated 15 years ago, in line with the typical architectural style of the area. Given that it is in a little one way street, only residents have access.
The house is made up of two floors linked a winding interior wooden staircase. All the rooms of the house, without exception, have natural light.
Ground floor: Two double rooms with access to the terrace, spacious bathroom, sitting room with access to the patio, completely equipped kitchen, dining room with access to the parking, furnished patio, with two large sun umbrellas and outside parking within the grounds – essential in Tamariu.
Upper floor: A spacious double bedroom with access to the terrace, a bath, a sitting room with two sofa-bed, also with access to the terrace and a marvelous terrace, furnished and equipped with two electric awnings.
