It also enjoys the use of a great sun-splashed pool. Balmins beach (clothes optional) is just below and the town centre is a pleasant 12 minute walk along the wonderful new promenade.
This is a cosy, open plan apartment. The living room has two sofas, one can be made up as a single bed, lamps and a flat screen TV, DVD/CD player. There is also a small dining table with two chairs.
There is a separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, and mirror.
From the lounge you can step out onto large terrace which also provides access down to the beach.
The compact yet functional kitchen has a full hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator.
The bathroom is great fun with a large round Jacuzzi bath with overhead shower and views out to sea.
