The apartment occupies the ground floor of a garden-style house and has its own separate private entrance. Fully renovated in 2014 with 2 bedrooms, 1 marble bathroom, a kitchen, living room and 2 terraces with access to the garden and sea view. The apartment is fully-furnished and includes washer and dryer, oven, microwave, brand new cable TV, BBQ and garden teak furniture. A safe is available to conveniently store all you valuables while you are sunbathing on the beach or strolling around the Costa Brava. There is a reserved parking spot in front of the house. Beach access is very easy and a mere 7 min walk away. The beachfront has public showers and restrooms. For the most adventurous, you can also access the nudist beach of Señor Ramon via a goat trail (about 15 min on foot). This location is also only a 5 min drive away. The location is a genuine haven of nature and serenity. Similar to some remote islands, you’ll heard birds singing through the night… The neighborhood is extremely family friendly and very peaceful. You will note that access to the apartment is through a private stairway and therefore not recommended to disabled persons. There is no public transportation to and within the community, hence it is strongly advised to drive your own car. You have the possibility to rent bath towels and bed sheets (otherwise, you are expected to provide your own). A cleaning service is available upon request.
